Do I need to book swimming or farmtivities?
No need to book ahead. Our swimming lake, rowing boat and farmtivities are open to all our customers during our opening times. Wild swimming and rowing is at your own risk.
Where can I park?
We have free onsite parking. Please only use our car park and be respectful of our neighbours when arriving and leaving Higher Farm.
Are you family friendly?
Yes! We have ‘farmtivities’ for the little ones, lots to explore and can do half portions in the restaurant.
We are a working farm with animals, vehicles and machinery. Children must supervised at all times and are not allowed to climb on our tractors.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, we welcome dogs at the farm and in the restaurant. Please ensure you clean up after them and keep them on a lead, we have geese, ducks, pigs, horses, goats and other animals.
Can I stay over?
Yes, we have two en-suite Nature Cabins. Please book them in advance here.
We do not allow campervans or camping overnight.
