Our Story
Having seen the problems that industrial food is causing to our environment and our health, we set out on a mission to support the movement for a regenerative food system.
We began our journey at Higher Farm in 2023, planting food forests across the farm and producing natural food at accessible prices. So far, we have planted 6,000 trees, sequestering 600 tonnes of carbon and increasing biodiversity by 25%.

All food comes from nature. The health of humanity is inextricably linked to the health of our nature.
At Higher Farm, we believe we can be guided by nature to replace industrial food practices with healthy and abundant ones that regenerate our environment and restore our health.
Real Taste Starts In The Soil
In search for the greatest taste we work on building the greatest soil. We believe the ecology of flavour is what takes food to the next level; beyond our recipe, the key to the taste of our ketchup is the rich soil and the abundant ecosystems that produce its delicious ingredients.
Food Forests
Across our 50 acres at Higher Farm we farm with nature, not against it. We work towards building food forests, which means planting a diversity of trees amongst our crops, to mimic forest ecosystems that sequester carbon, regenerate biodiversity, and produce nutrient dense food. We use no artificial inputs and work to build natural fertility and soil health.
