Here at Higher Farm we specialise in making proper ketchup from soil to bottle. Our process starts in the soil, where we focus on nurturing as much health and nutrition so that our crops grow rich and delicious. Our recipe uses only natural, whole ingredients; beetroot, onion, carrot, honey, garlic, bay leaf, pepper and salt. No sugar, no additives, no preservatives.
